Neil P. Ryder is the Broker/Owner of Neil Ryder Realty, Inc., is a life-long Florida resident and a licensed Real Estate Broker, as well as a state-licensed Building Contractor, and a Real Estate Developer and Consultant. His real estate and construction experience dates back to the seventies when he started construction building pole barns and remodeling. When he retired from active home building, he was building high-end homes and multi-family projects. Neil has been a licensed Realtor since 1988, a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1989, and a licensed Building Contractor (RB-005454) since 1974.

His real estate experience includes multi-family property management and sales, new homes sales associate, sales manager for Turner Heritage Homes, general residential real estate listing and sales, land development and coastal real estate investments. Successful, sold-out developments include: Russell Oaks, portions of The Meadows, and China Grove. Current projects under development are The Grove (an upscale townhouse development) in Tallahassee and Bailey Point (a 33- unit, 10-story condo tower) & Laurel Street (a 34-unit townhouse community) in Panama City Beach.

His niche and expertise lie in coastal real estate investments and development from Tallahassee to Panama City Beach. Completed projects and projects participated, in include: Vista del Mar in Panama City Beach, Mariners Landing in Carrabelle, Lakes on the Bluff & Additions to Magnolia Bluff in Eastpoint and The Villages of St. Marks in St. Marks. Re-sales remain strong in all of the above projects
